YouSaidThe Agenda IndexQ3 2026 · quarter to date · 12,119 lines sampled

What leaders are actually talking about. Measured.

A poll asks a sample of the public what it thinks. The Agenda Index reads what leaders themselves said, on the record, and measures the share of the leadership agenda each topic holds. Salience, not sentiment - and every number sits on verbatim, dated, sourced lines.

Method, honestly stated

The Agenda Index v0 classifies a stratified sample of 12,119 attributed lines from a corpus of more than four million, drawn from parliaments, the United Nations record and broadcast interviews, against a locked taxonomy of twenty topics. Lines are the leaders' own words only. Quotes beneath every number are verbatim from the primary record; translations are marked as translations; nothing is AI-generated. Shares are centroid-classified, refined in v1. The current quarter is reported to date and settles when it closes.
