“So everything is different in healthcare because you're not actually the customer. And to me, that's actually the main decision. I'm always shocked when I ask people the question, do they actually know what's going on?”

You know, I think that that's where, I think that sometimes as starting as a new CEO, you don't make decisions, I think, fast enough. And so I've become much better.”
