“My brother and I went kicking and screaming. We hated the idea of going, but the collapse of the family, our house was foreclosed on. We were kicked out. We had no means. So my grandparents, my maternal grandparents took us in in a little community called Yukaipa, California.”

You have to be patient and persistent and somewhere somehow get the lucky breaks necessary for you to crack open that door and show people what you can do.”
“You can't have a question in your mind. What I tell young actors now is that it's If you just want to act, go act. There's any community theater that you can go do that. That's great. If you want to do this as a profession, you have to fall in love. Have to be committed to this as a relationship, a lifelong relationship.”
