“I am wrapping up the second stage of formation as a Jesuit. The first stage is a two-year stage of being a novice. I was in the novitiating Culver City, California. I'm now finishing first studies, which is mostly philosophy studies here in Chicago. And it looks as though I'm being sent for the next stage, which is a working stage.”
