Gavin Lewis is a Managing Director at BlackRock, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the UK Local Government Pension Scheme segment, a portion of the pensions industry that invests trillions across the UK.

And if whoever holds that role, they can give them a board seat, right? Make it a business priority or at least let them report into someone who's on the board. So there's some jurisdiction over it.”
