They used, they raised taxes to do this. And we were a global leader in the early primary school movement.”

“All of the above. And we've done that while not doing the things that we need to do to fix the transfer of wealth across generations. So we haven't imposed the kinds of inheritance taxes that I think would be really important to make sure that wealth isn't calcified over time in families.”
