Since taking charge of the London Stock Exchange in 2021, she has made the modernisation of UK capital markets her defining mission, publicly championing the overhaul of listing rules, chairing the Capital Markets Industry Taskforce and pushing debates on executive pay competitiveness and pension fund investment into UK equities.
