“Yeah, so I met this incredible woman who was born in South Korea who emigrated to the country, became a citizen here, and came over young and married a Korean American here and had three daughters who she basically raised on her own as a single mom coming here to learn the language and do multiple jobs while raising three kids.”

And the song to me, it was so inspirational, why it was my theme song is because it really, look, I'm going to give this job I've got as governor everything I've got every single day that I'm given. Every day is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. I wasn't sure I was going to be here.”

“He did. I mean, I was fair, you know, I was very young at the time when that was going on. So at the time, I wasn't hearing those stories, but later my dad would reminisce about some of his early days at the bureau and what it was like working for J. Edgar Hoover.”
