Louisa Nicola is The Catalyst because her entire practice is about acceleration, taking what neuroscience knows and pushing it into how people actually perform. A neurophysiologist and brain-performance advisor, she leads by translation, making the brain legible to those who depend on it most.

“And then every other supplement is really coming at the discretion of their lab work. So we get lab work done. There could be vitamin D deficients. We'll put them on a vitamin D protocol of 5,000 IUs per day. They could be zinc deficient. There are a number of different things they could be deficient in that will start to supplement.”
