“End of that board meeting, they decided to fire the CEO. And 90 days later made me chairman and CEO. And Ian, vice chairman and CFO. And I think split adjusted the stock was about $1.20, if I remember rightly, about $10 pre-split. And we built the company from there. It was about a $250 million business with about $30 million of EBITDA.”
