Michael Eboda is a British media entrepreneur, journalist and community-sector leader. He is the founder and CEO of Powerful Media, the organisation behind the Powerlist, the definitive annual ranking of the UK's most influential Black people, now in its 20th year, together with Future Leaders (17 years, profiling young Black leaders at university) and the Celebration of Black Excellence Awards.

“Yeah, for us, it's really important. So everybody on the power list has agreed, if they're asked, to mentor somebody from future leaders. Just that alone, it tells you the mentality of the people themselves, of the people that we put on the list. I think it's really important that we are there for young people.”
