“And I said, Bill, you need to look at Detroit because, well, the kids may graduate from the University of Michigan. They don't want to live in Ann Arbor. They want to live in Detroit when they graduate. And he said, all right, I'll put it in the mix. He called me a couple months later and he said, I've got the perfect place.”
