“Yeah, everything seems like, well, that's just the way it is. I used to go back and forth to England because I had made it, you know, one summer I went to the first time I went to Europe, I met some English kids and they say, oh, come and stay with us.”

“A lot of his luck. You know, I was thinking about music, and then I met Carol King. And her story was very similar to mine. But she'd learned the same thing in the studios, and then we started to do demos together. And we would do, like Carol would play. Drums and piano and sing, and I would play guitar and bass.”
