“Yeah. And it's a mixed bag. I mean, they know that they're the head of the party and during elections they have to mobilize their supporters and nobody is perfect. And so that's all true.”

“And I try and interpret my politics through the faith. My own journey, I didn't actually grow up in a Christian home. My parents believed in God, but I don't have any memory really of going to church. I just remember in high school beginning to have these questions about faith.”
