Sergey Brin reads as The Pioneer because his career has been organised around exploration rather than optimisation. Co-founding Google, he helped transform how humanity accesses information at a scale previously unimagined. At Google X he pursued moonshots including self-driving cars, Project Loon, and Google Glass, prototyping the future instead of refining the present.
