“So if you just concentrate in the present moment, You aware yourself you're breathing in and out, you're feeding the clothes on your body, your left foot on the ground, you're listening to the voice, you're aware of any smell in this room. Hear the sounds inside the room and outside, you are in the present moment.”
“But that's funny, but. It's I mean, you can look at numbers of people who've been to Oxford 20 out of 57 prime ministers, was 21 now. Was it more actually? I think it's even in its 20s. And say, well, Oxford is responsible. We've had a lot of bad prime ministers, a lot of prime ministers have been to Oxford.”
“Absolutely. I mean, look, if you are weaving through any town or city on your bike, if you're not absolutely concentrating, you're not going to survive. So therefore, it's incredibly restful to do it because it takes our mind completely away from worries that you and many, many people have including me about money.”
“You know, does it matter if you are going to be have a life full of dependency? What do you want in life? What is it you seek? What will kids say? They'll say they want to have money. Why do they want money? Because they want lots of things. They want fast cars. They want the best holidays. They want the biggest house.”
