Tim Thomas reads as The Architect because everything he has built since playing is designed to outlast him. His 23-year AAU program has produced 24 NBA players, an institutional output that reflects deliberate design rather than casual mentorship.
“We produced twenty four NBA players, nineteen Dollars All Americans, thousands of kids went to college. And also on the girls side I have a girl's program, New Jersey Sparks — twenty two years and we have six WNBA players.”
