We are going to put tough tariffs, using our Article I authorities, to say we want tariffs on Russia, the invader. That is our authority. That is what we are doing. I have opposed other tariffs. We should be wanting to tariff Russia and those who are buying Russian fuel, propping up their economy. This is our chance to be on the right side. President Zelenskyy is asking us to pass this bill. I was there this weekend. They were imploring us to please pass this bill.”
