Her career in public service is a testament to the importance of selfless service to others. For the vast majority of her legal career, Ms. Flynn provided guidance and legal counsel to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in cases before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.”

As a Captain, she served as a military judge on the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals.
