Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize the 1-year anniversary of the passing of Colonel Ralph Puckett, Jr. [[Page H1473]] Colonel Puckett was the last living Medal of Honor recipient from the Korean war, and he was from my hometown of Tifton, Georgia. Colonel Puckett was a warrior's warrior and one of the finest men I have ever met.”
