Vladimir Putin's hopeless plot to rebuild the Soviet Union must come to an end, and the silent support of the murderous Russian and Iranian regimes must come to a definitive end. This bill will hold nations accountable for facilitating Russian sanctions evasion and extend crippling sanctions on China and the Islamic Republic of Iran. There is no better way to honor the late Senator Lindsey Graham, and I urge all my colleagues to support this bill. {time} 0950”
