“That's right, absolutely. And I gather to that point, some people have paid up to $13,000 to have their ashes or remains anyway scattered on the moon. But let's leave that to one side. Let's talk about something that is perhaps more serious, which is the idea of sending astronauts back to the moon. NASA has plans to do it. China as well. India became the fourth country to land on the moon last year, not manned, of course. Is this in your view a good use of our time and resources? Is there a lot more to learn about the moon by putting humans back on it? And should we be going back there? He asked the astronauts. I wonder what you think.”

“But I suppose what that means is it may becomes with more risk, perhaps if less money is being spent on it, if it's not a national government putting in a huge amount of effort like with the Apollo missions in the 60s and 70s, that the risk increases. And indeed, this may or may not be related to that, but we are hearing that there are troubles with the spacecraft so far. Is that right? This spacecraft could be the first American mission to land on the Moon since the seventies nineteen seventy two, although there are no astronauts on board this one we should point out is called the Peregrine, the Lunar Lander, and it took off at seven eighteen this morning our time here in the UK. “So obviously that was an extreme case, but the question is how many other people are still struggling with COVID what four years after the pandemic first emerged and to talk about that, we're joined by Professor David Strain, who is a researcher at the University of Exeter Medical School and clinical lead for COVID services at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. Hi, David. And also with us is Margaret O'Hara, who is a trustee of Long Covid Support and also someone who has long COVID herself, Margaret, is that right? “Draper was just 56 years old and he'd been ill for years right since the very start of COVID in March twenty twenty. He'd been put into a coma the following month and he didn't wake up until October of that year. It had been a long and difficult time obviously for Derek who was at one point a political advisor to the Labour Party and also an author and also for his family, and particularly for Kate Garaway who really championed his cause and tried to get it more attention and tried to get the whole issue of long COVID more attention, and this morning she released this message to viewers of Good Morning Britain where she works.”

“Went on, so I would recommend it too, and we have a couple of updates from today on the story. We're not going to talk about it throughout the podcast today, but just a couple of updates. Rishi Sunak says he would strongly support the Honors Committee if it decided to look into revoking taking away the CBE of the former post office boss Paula Vennels, who's been under a lot of pressure here, and also under pressure Sir Ed Davy, the Lib Dem leader, because he was the Postal Affairs Minister at the time, if you remember, from 2010 to 2012. He has had something to say he has said the post office was lying on an industrial scale to me and other ministers. We are going to stay right on top of this story, so do as I say, listen back to Friday's episode if you want to know all the details. But we're going to look at something else on this episode, and that is the death of the TV.”
