1. “Yeah, so my father was actually in Hong Kong when I was born in mainland China. His warm to Hong Kong in late 70s because there was prefaced famine in mainland China. His village didn't really have food for people to survive. So the only way for them to get alive is to travel across the rivers that separate Hong Kong from China. And also that was a very turbulent trip. My father's generation, they didn't make it. They just died on the open sea. So he was the lucky guy that managed to go through that journey. And by then, there was a policy from the British government. It's called Touch Bay Policy. Basically, if you arrive, the city centre, even though you smuggled into Hong Kong.”
