  2. “The Special Rapporteur of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Rapporteur of the Economic and Social Council have prepared a detailed report on the grave violations of human rights in the former Yugoslavia.   3. “Although Security Council resolutions 770 (1992) and 771 (1992) were adopted a long time ago and the London Conference on the settlement of the question of =he former Yugoslavia concluded its work more than seventy days ago, no significant progress has been made in implemonting the Security Council resolutions on Bosnia and Herzegovina or the recommendations of the London Conference. The perple of Bosnia and Herzegovina still face a war of extermination at the hands of Serbian forces and che forces backed by Serbia and Montenegro. As 4 result, thousands of innocent people have been killed and great numbers have been displaced from their homeland and forced to abandon their properties.”
