1. “I am constrained to take the floor again only because one delegation chose yet again to misuse this forum to make frivolous remarks against my country, which deserve our collective contempt and sympathy. The entire union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh were, are and will always be an integral and inalienable part of India, irrespective of what the representative of Pakistan believes or covets.
