  4. “I also wish to commend the progress that has been achieved by the Investigative Team since the beginning of its mandate, in particular its prompt adaptation to the challenges that have been imposed by the coronavirus disease pandemic, and its achievements at various levels during the period under review, including the collection and storage of data and evidence, capacity- building for the Iraqi authorities and partnerships with the various stakeholders in Iraq, including civil society and victims. Tunisia welcomes the opening of the third case on the crime of genocide in Badush prison and the investigative work on the use of chemical and biological weapons by Da’esh, as well as the transmission of evidence on financing for terrorism.”
