1. “Mr. Tiendrebeogo (Burkina Faso) (spoke in French): Allow me also to thank Mr. Lajcak for his briefing, as well as Mr. Spiric' for his statement. The overall situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina is encouraging. My delegation would like to acknowledge the progress made in several areas, in particular as regards police reform and the adoption of legislation on the Stabilization and Association Agreement with the European Union. That should enable the country to join the European Union and to put in place the necessary conditions for lasting peace and sustainable development. We also welcome the initiatives to address the issue of refugees and displaced persons.”
