“A weird thing happened while we were doing stooges because you've got a very heavy blueprint. We're following this very clear blueprint that the stooges left for everybody. And for stooges fans and people enjoying the movie, it's got to be this. You take your toolbox that you're used to bring into a comedy movie. You leave it behind.
