But what was interesting is that the professor that had brought Eric Sloser to town was an animal rights activist, whatever.”

I think he is smart because he realizes that any kind of primary challenge to him in 2020 can be damaging even if the primary challenger is not successful.”
“Yes, yeah. And they've navigated it. Rush, you know, I followed very closely through the primaries to see how he navigated that. And it's not journalism. Maybe, and it makes me sad to think about this, but I do think it's partially true. Maybe Republicans and conservatives can only be honest as a minority.”
