“I think it depends on where I want the business to go and how much it's doing passive because building it into a whole business is another whole like area of time commitment and having to run a business and be a CEO and bring people on and train people, do all these things where I would need to really gauge whether that's worth my time building it in that direction versus what I have right now is 95% passive. So it's kind of juggling like trading time for money is something I absolutely don't want to do. So it's something where I would have to have that vision and feel like so strongly about it and have the right people. I also learn things incredibly quickly. So like sometimes I am able to just pick up different things. Like if I don't know certain thing, I'll like watch a few videos on it and I got it and then I'm able to teach it. So it's really like I would have to gauge whether it's something I'm interested in learning, whether I'm interested in bringing somebody on versus growing it and having payroll and people and doing things versus me like.”

“So, I think we're going to start advertising on YouTube. But for me, just the course sales makes so much more sense. If I was teaching my courses for free on YouTube, no one would pay for my courses. You know, so for me, it just made more sense instead of trying to like grow an audience over time and get ad money on YouTube. I'm not saying I'll never do it. “I think there's always going to be room for Excel. I think the program will just keep continuing to develop and grow, and it's just going into so many different markets too, like the Excel Online space is something that's been like growing more robustly and being used in schools with kids. I just started working with Flipgrid, which has 100 million students, parents, and teachers on it. And taking my Exceltrix so people can put them into classrooms and start teaching these different skill sets at a younger age. But I think it's always going to be around in some way, shape, or form. “That as well on the days where I don't post, I gain the most followers because I still have reels going through the algorithm and when people unfollow you, it's typically because you appear on their screen and they remember you exist. And they're like, unfollow. Where if I look at my trends on the days I don't post, I have reels being pushed out to people who don't follow me who are now following me. However, the people who follow me already saw the reel. So they're not thinking of me. That's actually a strategy I have for growth because you get less unfollows on the days you don't post.”

“Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I just trust in the fact that I know I'm going to keep creating viral content. And every time I do that, like I had a video, for example, I think it was like two or three weeks ago for the song, the assignment. And it hit, I believe, 6.7 million views on both platforms and my Instagram grew by 200,000 people in 10 days. And it's that type of stuff where I just trust that I can do that. And boom, that's a whole huge new customer base. And as long as I keep myself happy and I keep myself in this state of abundance, I can keep going inward and getting those intuitive hits of what will go viral and creating it. So it's never like a scarcity like, oh, you know, I didn't post today in my life's over now. Like, you know, or if my fans are wondering where I am. I think some of them care about my life, but it's really, it's a utility account. They care about the Excel. You know, so as long as I have things flowing through the algorithm, I'm still creating tips and tricks, you know, I actually find.”

“Because I just don't feel the world that way. I view things through a lens of abundance. I manage my energy. Like the number one thing I do is energy management. “So Excel's a little different in terms of these things, someone could pay $10 a month, $25 a month. They could take my course in a weekend and then they're done. You know, so the subscription model, if you're using it as a set of skills that you're looking to learn, it doesn't work out as well. Where for me, it's kind of the secondary feature is the subscription type feature. So the secondary feature is you learn everything in, let's say, a weekend. You knock out my Excel course. You're like, whoa, I get it, right? But then, you know, three months later, you go to do a VLOOKUP and you're like, ooh, what did she do again? That's where I wanted to have it as an ongoing thing as that added resource. So I structure my courses in a way where it's by individual tool. So if you're like, ooh, I want to do a VLOOKUP, boom. You can see it right there, 10 minutes, get an example, pop that in. But that was more of like the secondary feature, which would align more with the subscription model. But my main thing is a lot of people just go in and they learn the material.”

So I have a lot of business coaches doing millions of dollars a year with like 5,000 followers and they built out these different coaching containers. And for me, that was kind of the model I followed where you go in and you create some type of course, some type of product and you sell that. I've done a couple of like ads for like supplement companies and things like that, but they just don't make me money. They're not translating. I just genuinely love the product. “Yes, this is actually funny. So, when I first started the business, I was like, how am I going to put an Excel screen over my head? I've never video edited in my life. I wanted to be able to do what lights me up every day. And for me, the passive income model was the fastest way to get to that place. “Then at the same time, I did Lisa Phillips has a program called To Be Magnetic, where essentially you put yourself into a hypnotic state and you are able to bring your subconscious mind forward through binorial noises and all different things and you essentially show your subconscious there was another way during certain triggering memories and you're able to go in and neutralize the electromagnetic charges and essentially neutralize those memories so they're no longer taking hold because age zero to seven, we don't have critical thinking skills. So everything that happens is incredibly more dramatic, right? So really being able to go in there and neutralize all those memories that were having me play small and keeping me shy and keeping me, you know, not showing up as my most authentic self, I was able to go in and neutralize that. So that was one of my best days because half my securitizations group knew about my TikTok and didn't really understand the caliber of what I was doing. And the other half had no idea. So all day I'm on the phone. So I'm like, hey Steve, do you know about me on the internet? It was a day. It was a day. And then by April, I'd started rolling out a second course. I did my first six-figure month and business insider had reached out. So all around the same time, the business insider feature rolled out. I had my first six-figure month. And around October, a business coach had reached out to me and was like, hey, and at the same time, Morning Brew had reached out.
