“Paní předsedající, vážený pane komisaři, vážení kolegové, myšlenka Global Gateway je správná a mohu říci, že od zástupců zemí napříč kontinenty k ní získávám pozitivní zpětnou vazbu. Tři věci ale její přínos maří. Zaprvé, státy globálního Jihu mají nepěkné vzpomínky na koloniální éru a dodnes vnímají negativně, pokud je Evropa zkouší mistrovat. Pokud do partnerství s nimi investujeme peníze, ale pak je hloupými rezolucemi urážíme, vyberou si jiné partnery a naše investice přijdou vniveč. Za druhé, budeme-li ve vleku neokonzervativců ze Spojených států amerických, kteří již nebudí ve světě obdiv, ale strach a nenávist, nebudou se ve zbytku světa bavit ani s námi. A za třetí, my nemáme už na to být strategickým rivalem Číňanů, kterých je 3x více, mají více peněz a výkonnější importy i export.”

Întârzierea implementării generează costuri suplimentare de aproximativ 5 miliarde de euro anual și prelungește incertitudinea pentru companii. În același timp, stabilitatea acestui cadru sprijină locurile de muncă și competitivitatea europeană. Privind spre viitor, obiectivul nostru rămâne clar: un sistem comercial bazat pe reguli și, în mod ideal, tarife zero între Uniunea Europeană și Statele Unite ale Americii. “Pane předsedající, vážení kolegové, ani náhodou bychom neměli schvalovat obchodní dohodu se Spojenými státy. My dáváme cla 0 %, oni 15 %. To není dohoda, ale kapitulace. Nedávejme palec nahoru vazalskému slibu Ursuly von der Leyenové, že od Trumpa nakoupíme předražený plyn za 750 miliard a zbraně za 600 miliard. Ani omylem. Jsme v situaci, kdy Trump jde po Grónsku, kdy vyhrožuje Španělsku. Vůči USA bychom teď měli přijmout sankce, ne uzavírat obchodní dohodu. Vždyť je to právě Trumpova nelegální válka proti Íránu, která nás připravila o plyn z Perského zálivu. A byli to Američané, kteří za Bidena i za Trumpa šli po Němcích za Nord Stream, který pak vybouchl. Kdo věří, že to jsou náhody a ne cílený útok na evropskou konkurenceschopnost, tomu rád prodám Karlštejn. Číňané loni ukázali Trumpovi na vzácných zemin, jak se vyjednává.”

“Pane předsedající, vážení kolegové, je skutečně čas změnit evropskou regulaci energií. Důvodem je změna poměrů. Agrese Spojených států s Izraelem a íránské protiakce vypnuly dodávky z Perského zálivu možná načas, možná napořád. Od ruského plynu a ropy jsme se odstřihli sankcemi. Americké dodávky jsou drahé, spojenec nás nijak nešetří. Zelená energie nás zatím nespasí. Vylučovací metodou zbývá energie z jádra a energie z uhlí. Budování jaderných elektráren i malých modulárních reaktorů je pomalé, zpozdilé státy jaderné elektrárny dokonce ruší. Změňme to. Uhlí nemusíme dovážet, uhlí těžíme. Skrz uhlí nás nemůže nikdo vydírat. Proto ustupme od emisních povolenek a unáhlené dekarbonizace, abychom energii z uhlí udrželi alespoň na dobu, než krize pomine. Dámy a pánové, já jsem vyrůstal v severních Čechách.”

Finally, I believe that the guidelines of the European Parliament on the 2027 budget can make the European Parliament stronger in the discussion with the Council. The European Parliament has repeatedly voted with an overwhelming majority on having a single seat. The fact that we are still moving to and fro irrefutably proves our pathetic irrelevance. How can we discuss wars and values when we cannot even decide on our own seat? They say the Strasbourg building is a European symbol. Yes – it is a symbol of EU's mismanagement and disrespect of taxpayers' money. Please, colleagues, can we change it?”

“Madam President, the field of pharmaceuticals in the EU single market does not work. The pharma business has split it into 27 national markets where dominant players apply differential pricing. The Commission gave up the struggle for a single market in pharma, fought at the European Court of Justice for more than a quarter of a century. No one really enforces the EU Transparency Directive on pricing, despite it existing for decades. Cross‑border trade with pharmaceuticals is suppressed and partly moved into grey zone, where it generates Byzantine corruption. The list prices of drugs in cheaper countries intentionally wildly differ from the real market prices to discourage parallel trade to expensive countries. So, a single market in pharma does not work with the result of high prices and unequal access for citizens.”

“Pane předsedající, dámy a pánové, v politice přituhlo. Kdo vystoupí veřejně s opozičním názorem, toho zastraší, umlčí, a když to nejde, alespoň pomluví. A to je šikana. Mnoho z mých přátel to zažilo za pandemie COVID-19 i nyní. Vyhazovy z univerzity nebo z práce, útoky na auta a na domovy natáčené a sdílené za drahé peníze na sociálních sítích. V horším případě zveřejňování těch nejintimnějších soukromých věcí a v tom nejhorším – útoky na děti a členy rodiny, kteří ani nejsou veřejně činní a nemůžou se bránit. Horší než mafie. Co je cílem té šikany? Odradit občany od účasti na politice. Co s tím dělat? Za prvé nepoddat se. Za druhé zastat se kolegy, zaměstnance, bližního, nenechat pachatele šikany vyhrát, protože jinak nepřestanou a bude to jen horší. Zatřetí vymáhat platné zákony, které to již dnes zakazují.”

“Pane předsedající, paní komisařko Kallasová, bohužel Vaše zahraniční politika spektakulárně selhala. Správně říkáte, že stojíte za Dánskem, ale co mu můžete kromě řečí nabídnout? Vždyť nemáte žádné karty. Vlastní energetiku jsme si zničili. Evropu jsme učinili závislou na americkém plynu. Když Němcům odstřelili Nord Stream, tak jste ani nemukli. Čína pro vás není partner, ale strategický rival. K zemím BRICS se chováte přezíravě. Vměšujete se do voleb cizích zemí, fandíte převratům, tleskáte zvůli od Sýrie po Venezuelu. Pevně jste zavřeli oči před genocidou v Gaze a globální Jih to vidí. Co to znamená?”

“Mr President, on Monday, the Council imposed sanctions on Jacques Baud, a former Swiss colonel, for his opinion on the Russian war. I'm not here to defend Mr Baud or his opinions, but the fundamentals of criminal law. Mr Baud was punished by an asset freeze and travel ban. Contrary to Article 7 of the European Convention on Human Rights, he was punished without committing any crime. Contrary to Article 6, there was no presumption of innocence nor hearing; no right to an attorney and no impartial court. Do you want to live in a country where citizens are punished for speech in absentia by a bunch of bureaucrats? Did somebody abolish the Convention and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and we didn't notice? Who we are going to punish next? Professor Mearsheimer, Jeff Sachs, any critic of Kallas and von der Leyen?”
“Mr President, I remind the Commission that Georgia is a sovereign state, not some sort of EU colony. Georgian people elected the Georgian Dream, not the opposition. Why? Because Saakashvili was a dictator and led the country to disaster. Georgian Dream brought them peace and reasonable prosperity. The European Union should respect the principle of sovereign equality. We have no right to subvert the Georgian Government or send millions from EU taxpayers to regime change operations. This is the very foreign interference we criticise here all the time. Georgians have full right to choose their path. We do not have to admit them into the EU. It was not very likely anyway. But we need them as partners and we should engage with Georgia in respectful and mutually beneficial relations, while Georgians are still willing to engage with us.”
“A to ani kdyby česká vláda s takovým postupem souhlasila, protože rozšířit pravomoci Unie by mohl pouze český parlament, nikoliv vláda. Varuji proto ostatní členské státy, banky i další aktéry, aby na rozhodnutí zneužívající článek 122 nespoléhali, a vyzývám Unii, aby v tomto ústavním šarlatánství nepokračovala. 1-0261-0000”
“Pane předsedající, dámy a pánové, dovolte mi upozornit na ústavněprávní problém. Evropské instituce zneužívají ve věci zmrazených aktiv článek 122 Smlouvy s přímým a zjevným cílem obejít maďarské veto, přičemž parametry článku 122 nejsou splněny ani téměř. Tím ale vznikla nesmírně chaotická situace ve vztahu k národnímu právu. Česká ústava stanoví v článku 1, že Česká republika je svrchovaným státem. V článku 10a sice umožňuje přenést mezinárodní smlouvou některé pravomoci na mezinárodní organizaci. Jenže pochopitelně Česká republika nepřenesla na Unii žádnou pravomoc porušovat základní Smlouvy. Proto je jakékoliv zneužití postupu podle článku 122 nicotné a nezakládá pro Českou republiku žádné právní následky.”
“Pane předsedající, předně bych rád řekl, že děkuji panu komisaři za práci vykonanou na aktu o kritických léčivech. Souhlasím i s myšlenkou, že je zapotřebí znovu vybudovat evropskou výrobní bázi. Nevěřil bych, že po letech, desetiletích v České republice, ve střední Evropě nastane nedostatek základních antibiotik. Ale vyzývám též k tomu, abychom nadále udržovali přátelské vztahy, ne vztahy rivality, se zeměmi, odkud léky dovážíme, protože obnovit výrobu léčiv potrvá. A přinejmenším ve střednědobé perspektivě musíme zajistit lidem dostatek léků. Nemluvím pouze o Číně či Indii, ale i o dalších asijských zemích, které jsou velmi připraveny s námi spolupracovat jak v oblasti farmaceutické, tak i zdraví jako celku. “We of course need to diversify, but it will take us some time and we should not cut ourselves off from the resources our industries need right now. If we diversify, for instance, in pharmaceuticals, it is a great thing. But for the foreseeable future we need to cooperate, and there is no need to stop the cooperation, which is mutually beneficial both for us and for our trade partners in the world. 2-0218-0000”

“Madam President, dear colleagues, dear Commissioner, I urge you: we must not be pulled into someone else's trade war. Earlier this year, the US tried to impose export restrictions on China. China responded with rare earths restrictions, the US backed off and on 30 October they reached a deal. Caught in the rivalry was the Dutch company Nexperia. After US pressure, the Dutch took control over the Chinese‑owned chipmaker. This step prompted an immediate Chinese response, disrupting EU automotive supply chains. China is a crucial trade partner, not a rival. We depend on them for many items, from rare earths to medicines. China is also one of our greatest export markets. We cannot afford to lose either. The EU must not become a proxy in the US‑China rivalry.”

This week, however, the media is full of a multi-billion corruption case in Ukraine targeting the inner circle of the same President Zelenskyy. Is this something we really want in the EU? Thanks to the invitation by the Patriots, we had Professor John Mearsheimer in the Parliament. He painted a bleak picture concerning Ukraine: the war is a result of an unwise attempt to enlarge NATO; the United States will pivot to Asia; the war will end in an ugly victory for Russia, resulting also in the weakening of NATO and the EU, but Russia will not attack the EU – it will not even go beyond the Russian-speaking regions of Ukraine, so said Professor Mearsheimer.”

“Jeśli Unia ma pozostać wspólnotą, musi wrócić do zasady równości państw, a nie centralnego sterowania z Brukseli. 1-0115-5000 Georgiana Teodorescu (ECR), în scris – Raportul privind azilul 2025 este important nu doar din punctul de vedere al faptului că subliniază presiunea migrației asupra granițelor UE, ci și din punctul de vedere al momentului publicării. Între 2024 și 2025, 115 000 de cetățeni din state terțe care locuiau ilegal în UE au fost întorși în țările de origine. Acest lucru reprezintă o creștere cu doar 20 % față de intervalul 2023-2024. Majoritatea acestor cetățeni aveau cetățenie marocană, siriană, algeriană, turcă sau afgană. Din păcate, din 2026, România va primi cota obligatorie de migranți aferentă Pactului privind migrația și azilul, adoptat în 2024.”
“A tym, którzy dotrą przez morza do Europy nie zapewni upragnionego Eldorado, bo wiemy jak wygląda rzeczywistość nielegalnych migrantów w naszych państwach. Mówimy zdecydowane nie tej chorej polityce, która jest niebezpieczna zarówno dla naszych obywateli, jak również śmiertelnie niebezpieczna dla tych, którzy ryzykują życiem, by dostać się na teren UE. “Już z samej definicji osoba, której status prawny określa się jako „nielegalny”, nie powinna cieszyć się takimi benefitami w krajach UE. Powinna wrócić do kraju pochodzenia i jeśli chce wjechać na teren unijny - przejść przez legalne procedury migracyjne. Niestety, zamiast zrozumienia i poszanowania tych podstawowych praw państw członkowskich Komisja Europejska chce za nas decydować kogo, kiedy i w jakich ilościach mamy przyjmować do naszych krajów. Nie przyjmuje do wiadomości, że proponowane zapisy paktu o migracji i azylu jeszcze bardziej nakręcą spiralę nielegalnej migracji. Narazi życie tysięcy ludzi którzy będą próbować sforsować granice morskie Unii, co do tej pory kończyło się aż nazbyt często tragicznie.”
“Member States that manage their borders responsibly are now punished with financial penalties or forced relocations decided in Brussels. This is not solidarity – it is coercion. It gives the Commission the power to decide each year which countries are 'under migratory pressure', forcing them to take relocated migrants or pay if they refuse. Make no mistake: this pact is designed so that eventually, every country will be under migratory pressure. Členské státy jsou povinny své občany bránit a nic v evropském právu by nemělo tuto povinnost omezovat, zpochybňovat ani zpoplatňovat. Bohužel migrační pakt činí právě toto a co je horší, na základě libovůle a netransparentnosti. Česká republika přijala vlnu uprchlíků z Ukrajiny. Byla zařazena do skupiny států čelících významné migrační situaci. Může si požádat o snížení příspěvků, ale bez záruky, že jí bude vyhověno. Na rozdíl od jiných států, které jsou ve skupině států vystavených migračnímu tlaku, které nejen nemusí platit, ale můžou také čerpat.”

To vše už od ledna pod trestem pěti let vězení. Hned několik zemí, dobrých partnerů Evropské unie, má komunistické symboly ve svých vlajkách. Budeme se bát vyfotit s jejich diplomaty, aby vás v Česku nezavřeli? V členských státech Unie komunistické strany řádně působí. Jejich politici zastupují voliče v národních parlamentech a dokonce i v tomto parlamentu. Kdo z nich veřejně projeví svůj politický názor, pro který byl zvolen, bude se muset vyhýbat Česku, aby ho tam nezavřeli. Toto je nepřijatelné a absurdní.”

“Pane předsedající, dnešní téma se jmenuje „Ochrana evropské suverenity“. Tento název je ale trochu zavádějící. Suverenita, svrchovanost je pojmový znak států. Evropa ani ve smyslu Evropské unie není stát, tudíž nemá suverenitu. Má pouze svěřené pravomoci, které jí mohou být státy kdykoliv odňaty. Suverenitu mají členské státy, tu je potřeba chránit. Zejména v čase voleb je bohužel digitální prostor zahlcen produkty politických entit placených z unijních grantů, ze zdrojů spřátelených ambasád či některé ze stran informační války probíhající ve Spojených státech. Dokonce se vyskytly i případy, kdy tajné služby státu A skrz řízené úniky do médií ovlivňovaly volby v členském státě B. A absence zdrženlivosti evropských institucí včetně tohoto Parlamentu při komentování národních voleb se stává legendární.”
“Proti gruzínské vládě platíme pučisty, jednu ze stran moldavských voleb tady necháte agitovat v Parlamentu a pomlouvat konkurenci. Do Slovenska premiéra Fica se navážíte soustavně. “Paní předsedající, mnohé projevy Evropské komise ukazují, že skutečně musíme chránit demokracii. Šedesát procent občanů nechce Ursulu von der Leyenovou. Je šest z deseti občanů Evropské unie ruskými agenty nebo hlupáky pod vlivem hybridních hrozeb, jak tady dneska znělo? Ne, chtějí někoho, kdo nepovede Evropskou unii k úpadku. Odstoupí tato neoblíbená politička? Ne a ještě si chce zakládat nějaké ministerstvo pravdy, aby potlačila kritiku. Poslanci, kteří kvůli korupční kauze Pfizergate vyvolali hlasování o nedůvěře Komisi, byli při projednávání označeni za proruskou hybridní hrozbu. Ne, nejsou hybridní hrozbou, naopak dělají svoji práci. A k ovlivňování voleb: nečiň druhým to, co nechceš, aby druzí činili tobě.”
