Co gorsze, ludzie, którzy wciąż odczuwają długoterminowe skutki powodzi i wciąż walczą z jej skutkami, nie widzą działań, które miałyby zapobiec ich powtórzeniu, słyszą za to o restauracji przyrody, zmianach klimatycznych i zielonym ładzie, który ma być cudownym lekarstwem na wszystkie możliwe problemy.
